Art House furniture warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product.
On selected products and in instances where Art House Furniture is considered the seller, warranty repairs will be carried out at the authorized service centers and represented by Art House Furniture representatives.
In instances where a product is bought through a seller that is not Art House Furniture, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply if it exists.
Warranty duration will be different based on each product and will be specified and displayed on the product page, the customer is shown review warranty duration before placing the order.
The address provided during the Warranty claim request will be registered as the pickup and delivery address for the claimed item. This cannot be modified in case if the item should be repaired in-house our rep will be assigned by art house furniture and will be scheduled by art house furniture.
Warranty obligations are limited to repairing defective products or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits. In the case of a refund, the customer must return all the accessories of the product. Otherwise, the return will be rejected.
In cases where Art House Furniture are considered the seller, a twelve (12) month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within Egypt. Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll issue a replacement.
Art House Furniture provides its own warranty on some items in order to ensure the highest quality of service. Customers can contact us for more information.
In the logistics assistance scenarios, warranty policy will immediately apply once the delivery process is completed.
The customer shall ensure that the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, Art House Furniture will not be responsible for the same and the claimed item will be returned to the customer without servicing.
Warranty Terms and conditions:
- All MDF products' 5 years warranty against manufacturer issues does not include fabrics or the effect of the sun and natural factors.
- All outdoors products one year’s warranty against manufacturer issues does not include fabrics or the effect of the sun and natural factors.
- All mattresses include a 10 year warranty against manufacturer issues that do not include fabrics or the effect of the sun and natural factors.
- Warranty does not include misuse, fabrics, natural factors, and can be considered with additional cost to be decided by Art House furniture.
