Return Policy

Art House Furniture is an Egyptian company that is subject to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law issued on Muharram 3 of the year 1440 AH corresponding to September 13 of the year 2018 AD
 

The customer can register a request to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery, according to the following conditions:

- If the product has not been used at all, it is returned to the same condition in which the product was delivered.

- If the product does not match the specifications and sizes previously shown through the Art House website.

- If the product is damaged during delivery and the customer can refuse to receive the product, but in the case of signing for receipt, the product cannot be replaced or returned.

- If the product is manufactured with special specifications, sizes and raw materials based on the customer’s request.

The return request is subject to investigation and examination by the competent department of Art House Company. The company also has the right to refuse or accept it in accordance with the aforementioned cases and in a manner that does not contradict the Consumer Protection Law.

Duration of the request and terms of return:

The application is registered through the Art House website or through communication with customer service, and the application may take a period for examination and investigation by the relevant department, which may range from two to 5 working days from the date of registration of the application.

The products are collected and shipped by the company for return based on the results of the company's investigations, provided that the shipment takes place within a period ranging from two to 5 working days.

Art House has the right to refuse to receive the products returned by the customer in the event that the conditions described for return or exchange are not met. From the date of collection of the product.

Art House has the right to refuse the return request in the event of loss or any of the accessories provided with the product.

In the event that the product is returned again, the shipping fee for delivery may be deducted.
